Description: Begin on your hands and knees. Set your core, thread the need, then rotate your shoulder to open up your chest.

Extra Notes: You might not hit 5 reps every round or even do all 3 rounds, that’s ok! It may start small but will build each week to continue to maximize your gains. You got this!

Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps
Description: This move starts sitting on the ground, legs straight, feet pointed. Then, with no momentum, lean forward, and use your core and triceps to lift as powerfully as possible to lift your bottom. Focus on holding your core tight to keep a rounded posture to support your back and your shoulders forward.
Goal: 3 Rounds of 5 reps
Description: Begin by separating your feet further than hip width with your arms out to the side. Squat to 90 degrees or lower and hold for 3 seconds.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps
Extra Notes: You might not hit 10 steps every round or even do all 3 rounds, that’s ok! It may start small but will build each week to continue to maximize your gains. You got this!
Description: Push your lower back into the floor and keep your core engaged like this throughout. Raise your heels up off the ground. Keep your legs at a 90 degree angle as you use your core to perform a reverse crunch. Lower your legs but don’t let your heels touch between reps.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps.
Description: Keep your lower body and legs on the floor. Place your arms over head with your elbows straight and palms facing down. Lift your head and shoulders as you raise your arms as high as you can.
YOU CAN DO THIS ON THE WALL LIKE WE DID IN OUR CALL
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps
Description: This stretch starts by sitting with good posture. Place the bottoms of your feet together and pull them in close to your pelvis. Use your elbows/hands to push your knees down towards the floor.
Goals: 15 second holds x 5 reps.
