Description: Follow along with this video for a full-body flexibility training
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps each side
** anchor yourself to a surface in front of you**
Description: Hanging on a pull-up bar or equivalent surface, tuck your knees to your chest then return to fully straight position.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 crunches. *Extra notes: focus on the lowering of your legs down. It should take 2-3 times as long to lower them as it does it bring them up.*
Description: Begin by separating your feet further than hip width with your arms out to the side. Squat to 90 degrees or lower and hold for 15 seconds. Goal: 3 rounds of 5
Description: This move starts in a side plank position. You then will lift your hips from the floor to be neutral with your shoulders and back down. when on your left arm, you will take your right leg and position in front of you on the floor to lessen side discomfort. Focus on holding your core tight to keep your spine as neutral as possible.
Goal: 3 Rounds, 5 reps each side per round. Extra Notes: You might not hit 5 reps every round or even do all 5 rounds, that’s ok! It may start small but will build each week to continue to maximize your gains. You got this!
Description: Begin in a plank on forearms with arms crossed as videoed. Make sure your lower back is not arching. Keep your forearms crossed as you use your triceps to push up one at a time.
Goal: 3 rounds of 6 reps each arm
Description: This move starts sitting on the ground, legs straight, feet pointed. Then, with no momentum, lean forward, and use your core and triceps to lift as powerfully as possible to lift your bottom. Focus on holding your core tight to keep a rounded posture to support your back and your shoulders forward.

Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps x 5 second holds
Description: This move starts by standing two feet away from the wall. Perform a wall bridge then walk your hands down the wall as far as you can. Eventually the goal is to get your hands all the way to the floor and back up into standing.
Goal: 3 rounds of 3 reps
Description: This move starts with your back against the wall. You will then slide your hips down so that your hips and knees make 90-degree angles. You will then hold your core tight to keep your back flat against the wall and alternate marching legs.
Goal: 3 rounds x 30 seconds
Description: This move begins in an elbow plank while maintaining a hollow body core. Keep your leg straight as you lift it using your glutes. Do not let your lower back arch.
Goal: 3 rounds 5 reps each leg.
Description: Hold a tall planched plank as the video shows. Keep a hollow back spine and core engaged throughout. Weight shift forward over your hands as far as your wrists will allow.
Goal: 3 rounds x 60 second holds
Description: Start by tucking your chin to your chest, then rounding your shoulders and continue rolling down to end with your body bent in half and your hands as low to the ground as possible.
Goal: 3 rounds of 6 reps 8 s lower
Description: Begin with your feet on the FLOOR with your body in a pike position. Perform a push up assuring only your elbows/shoulders are moving but you are keeping the angle at your hips the same.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 push ups
Description: Balance in a bent knee v-stand with your arms behind your legs. Use your core to not lose the compression as you straighten out one leg at a time.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 leg kicks each 3 s hold per leg lift
Description: Begin sitting on your bottom with your legs bend in front of you (feet on floor). Use one arm and your core to push yourself onto your feet. Use your elbows to push your knees out then come briefly into a squat. Sit back down going the opposite direction.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps.
Description: Push your lower back into the floor and keep your core engaged like this throughout. Raise your heels up off the ground. Keep your legs at a 90-90 degreee angle as you use your core to perform a reverse crunch. Lower your legs but don’t let your heels touch between reps.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps.
