Description: Follow this video for a full body flexibility warm-up that can be done nearly every day of the week. Only do moves that do not cause pain (stretching discomfort is normal, pain is not!)
Goal: Complete each move with 10 reps (if reps) or 10 second holds (if holds)
Description: This move starts by placing the front of your foot against the wall with your heel on the ground. Keeping your knee straight, lean forward causing a stretch of the calf. Focus on shifting your hips forward with your knee straight.
Goal: 30 sec holds x 4 reps each leg
Description: This move starts by placing the front of your foot against the wall with your heel on the ground. Bend the front knee and lean forward causing a stretch of the calf. Focus on shifting your hips forward and slightly down.
Goal: 30 sec holds x 4 reps each leg
Description: Begin on your hands and knees. Set your core, thread the need, then rotate your shoulder to open up your chest.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps each arm.

Description: Begin in a pike position. Perform a push up assuring only your elbows/shoulders are moving but you are keeping the angle at your hips the same.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 push ups.

Description: Laying on your back with feet flat on the floor. PLACE YOUR HANDS ON THE FLOOR OVERHEAD WITH FINGERTIPS FACING TOWARD SHOULDERS (like we did on our call). Contract core so back becomes flat on the floor. Then lift both hips by squeezing your bottom. **Be sure to not arch your back to try and lift higher. Keep core engaged to support back.**

Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps.
Description: Pick a box height that is challenging for you. Alternate tapping your feet off the box, focusing on exploding off the ground.
Goal: 3 rounds of 20 seconds

Description: This stretch begins while laying on the floor. Bring one knee to your chest, and then straighten that leg. Keep your back flat against the ground. You should feel a strong stretch in the back of your thigh.
Goal: 1 round, 4 reps each leg x 30 second holds
Description: Begin by separating your feet further than hip width with your arms out to the side. Squat to 90 degrees or lower and hold for 5 seconds.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps
Description: Begin in a lunge with your arms up by your ears. Perform a needle kick using your balance and glutes (no momentum) then return to the lunge.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps each leg.
Description: Begin about 2-3 feet in front of a surface. Place a foot on the surface then perform a static lunge as the video shows. Makes sure your front knee tracks over your feet and does not drop inward or outward.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps each leg.
Description: This stretch starts by sitting with good posture. Place the bottoms of your feet together and pull them in close to your pelvis. Use your elbows/hands to push your knees down towards the floor.
Goals: 15 second holds x 5 reps.
Description: Push your lower back into the floor and keep your core engaged like this throughout. Raise your heels up off the ground. Keep your legs at a 90 degree angle as you use your core to perform a reverse crunch. Lower your legs but don’t let your heels touch between reps.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps.
Description: This move starts laying on the ground on your stomach. Then, with your arms flat on the ground above your head with thumbs pointing up to ceiling, squeeze your shoulder blades down and slightly together while you lift your chest up and legs off the ground. Hold this posture while using your legs and head to make your body rock.
Goal: 2 rounds of 10 reps

Description: Focus to not arch your back and hold your weight stable through your 3 limbs on the ground
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps per side

Description: Follow the video to stretch your shoulders. Remember to stretch to discomfort, not pain.
Goal: 2 rounds of 3 reps with 15 second holds.
Description: Begin in the table position while squeezing your glutes to lift your hips up as high as possible. Hold that contraction.
Goal: 2 rounds of 5 reps with 10 second holds.
Description: This move starts in a side plank position. You then will lift your hips from the floor to be neutral with your shoulders and back down. when on your left arm, you will take your right leg and position in front of you on the floor to lessen side discomfort. Focus on holding your core tight to keep your spine as neutral as possible.
Goal: 2 Rounds of 15 reps each side

Description: You will squeeze your glutes strongly to attempt to lift your feet off the ground.
Goal: 4 rounds of 10 reps

Description: This move starts in a lunge position. Then you contract your abs to lessen the arch of the lower back and lean forward allowing your hips to open. Focus on not allowing your back to arch as you lean forward.
Goal: 15 second hold x 4 reps each leg
Description: This move starts by lying on your back with your legs straight. You will then lift 1 leg at a time doing circles with that leg being sure to keep the circles even and not rotating your hips away from the ground to compensate for any tightness. *Each rep includes a clockwise and a counterclockwise rotation.
Goal: 4 Rounds, 5 reps per leg per round.
