Description: Follow along with this video for a full-body flexibility training.
Goal: 1 round at start of workout for warm-up and 1 round at end of workout for cooldown. 10 second holds per move for warm-up, 30 second holds per move for cool-down if holds, otherwise 5 reps per move for warm-up and cool down.
Description: This move starts in a plank position on top of your feet working to shift your shoulders forward to work your wrist mobility and strength. You will hold the plank position.
Goal: 3 Rounds, 10 reps with 1 min rest between rounds

Description: Start in a piked elbow push-up position. You will then push through 1 arm to straighten your elbow then the other elbow to attain a piked plank position. You will then lower 1 arm at a time to return to your elbows.
Goal: 2 rounds of 10 reps per side.

Description: Start with hands on the ground, bringing your knees to your elbows. You will then lean forward allowing your elbows bend holding your knees against your arms. As you lean forward you will work to increase weight through your hands and working to lift 1 leg off the ground. DO NOT FALL FORWARD. You can continue to practice on your parallettes, if you want.
Goal: 2 rounds of 10 reps per foot

Description: Start in a plank position with feet on wall. You will then walk your body up the wall going as close in as you can safely return back down.
Goal: 2 rounds of 5 reps

Description: Begin this move with your body parallel to the floor and your knees outside of your elbows. Keeping hips high and core activated, perform rows.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10
Description: Start laying on the floor. You will then lift your arms above your head as you lift your legs off the floor in a straddled position working to engage your core to hold your lower back on the floor throughout.
Goal: 3 rounds of 30 second holds per round

Description: Start in an elbow plank (or a plank on hands) core engaged into a turtle shell back. You will then lift 1 leg (not losing your turtle shell as you do it) to further work your core and glutes.
Goal: 2 rounds of 4 reps per leg with 10 second holds per rep

Description: Start sitting with legs spread wide into a split position. Place hands between legs flat onto the ground. Working to keep the hands flat on the ground, contract your core to cause your pelvis to tilt backwards causing your legs to lift off the ground (You can do one leg at a time). *You will need to be sure to hold a strong quad contraction and to point your toes to help the quads to maximally engage.*
Goal: 4 rounds of 5 reps
Description: This move starts laying on your back bringing your legs up and holding at you heels. You will then work to bring your knees down and outward to stretching your hamstrings, adductors and lower back. Focus to keep your lower back on the floor as much as you can.
Goal: 2 rounds of 30 second holds
Description: Begin in a lunge with your arms up to your ears. Kick up to a handstand using your back leg and land back in your lunge
Goal: 3 rounds of 3 reps each leg.
Description: Pull your knees to your chest as you lift your hips to bring the hips between your arms. You will lower your hips as far as you can, but only to a level that you can return from to come back to the starting position.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps (don’t touch the ground between reps)

DESCRIPTION: Start in a horse stance squat. You will then shift to 1 side working to touch butt to heel as you straighten the opposite leg. You will then shift to the other side and repeat.
Goal: 2 rounds of 15 reps per side
Description: Stand at the wall with butt to wall and feet slightly away from the wall. You will then lean forward working to get your hands, then eventually your elbows to the floor.
Goal: 3 Rounds, 2 reps 30 second holds per rep
