Goal: 3 rounds of 3 reps.
Description: Start in sitting with your hands on a block or similar item with legs wide. You will then place your hands in between your legs. Lean forward working your core compression while strongly pushing through your triceps to lift your bottom. Once your bottom is off the ground, you will then work to straighten both legs.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps
Description: This move starts laying on the ground on your stomach with your arms overhead. With your palms facing down, raise your chest up off the floor into a superman, then perform a lower trap slide (like you’re doing a jumping jack). Goal: 1 round, 4 reps each leg x 30 second holds
Description: 3 rounds of 1-2 attempts
Description: This move starts sitting on the ground, legs straight, feet pointed. Then, with no momentum, lean forward, and use your core and triceps to lift as powerfully as possible to lift your bottom. Focus on holding your core tight to keep a rounded posture to support your back and your shoulders forward.
Goal: 3 Rounds of 5 reps hold as long as you can
Description: Hanging on a pull-up bar or equivalent surface, tuck your knees to your chest then return to fully straight position. Goal: 3 rounds of 10 crunches.
Description: Push up into a bridge. Weight shift towards your shoulders as far as you can. Hold the bridge as you bend and straighten your elbows to push-up.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 push-ups

Goal: 3 rounds of 30 second bouts
Description: This move starts by placing your hands on the ground flat in front of you slightly wider than your shoulders. You will then bring your feet close to your hands to allow your inner thigh near your knees to lean against your elbows. From there you will lean forward to lessen weight on your feet until you can lift BOTH FEET up off the ground.
Goal: 10 reps for as long as you can hold.
Description: This stretch starts by sitting with good posture. Place the bottoms of your feet together and pull them in close to your pelvis. Use your elbows/hands to push your knees down towards the floor.
Goals: 15 second holds x 5 reps.
Description: 3 rounds of 1-2 attempts
Description: This move begins with lifting yourself into a chin-up position by using a box or step of some kind. You will focus on control lowering yourself back into the full hang. Use the step to hop back up into a pull-up position again.
Goal: 3 rounds of 3 negatives with at least 5 second lowering
Description: Begin with your feet on the FLOOR with your body in a pike position. Perform a push up assuring only your elbows/shoulders are moving but you are keeping the angle at your hips the same.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 push ups
Description: Hanging on a pull-up bar or equivalent surface, use your core to lift your legs into a crunch, knees to chest. You will then use your core and shoulders to rotate your knees from one side to another.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps each direction
Description: Hold onto a doorway, squat rack, or other sturdy surface in front of you. Bring one leg up and extend your leg onto the surface to feel a good hamstring stretch. Perform a single leg squat as deep as you can go safely.
Goal: 3 rounds, 5 reps each leg.
Description: 5 second holds per position.
Goal: 3 rounds of 1 rep each direction
