STRADDLE BACKS ON FLOOR

Goal:  3 Rounds, 15 reps per round

WEIGHTED V-UPS W/FEET ON BLOCKS

Goal:  3 Rounds, 15 reps holding 10 pound weight

FROG STAND WITH SINGLE LEG LIFTS

Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps per leg.
