Goal: 1 round at start of workout for warm-up working 10 reps if reps or 10 second holds if holds
Description: This move is targeting your middle splits range of motion. Focus on not twisting at your pelvis as you reach for the floor in the line of your pelvis.
Goal: 20 reps per leg with warm-up
Description: This stretch begins while sitting on the edge of a supporting surface. Straighten one leg and bring your toes up. Keep your back straight while leaning forward over your straight leg. You should feel a strong stretch in the back of your thigh.
Goal: 30 second holds x 4 reps each leg
Extra Notes: To lengthen the hamstrings you need longer hold times compared to other muscle groups. It is recommended to get at least two minutes of holds in for each leg. If you feel the stretch more in your calf than in your thigh, please point your toes down and let us know.
Description: Start in a frog with knees to elbows. You will then engage your core to allow you to lift 1 leg up off your elbow while you hold your balance.

Description: Stand with the pole on one of your sides. Hold the leg further away from the pole out in front of you. Cross one leg over the other, and perform a pistol squat as far down as you can control with help form the pole for balance.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps per side

Description: Start standing with hands on a surface waist height or higher. Then walk feet backwards and bend at hips to allow the shoulders to open. Hold position for a count of 10 seconds *Focus to ensure that your back doesn’t arch and the movement comes from your shoulders.*
Goal: 4 reps with 15 second holds
Description: Walk up the wall into a handstand position. You will then complete circles to work your balance in handstand as well as your leg mobility to finish the circles.

Description: Start in hanging. You will then engage your lower core to work to bring your hips parallel to the ground (a tuck lever position). From there you will complete rows working your core to hold the lever as you row at your shoulders.

Description: Work on holding the turtle shell back as you complete this push-up.

Description: Begin on your hands and knees. Set your core, thread the need, then rotate your shoulder to open up your chest.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps each arm.
Description: Work this move to work your cardio and leg strength for future flipping movements. Focus on jumping off the foot on the floor and only tapping the lifted foot on the raised surface

Description: Use your book shelf/table/vertical pole to balance to lower yourself to the floor while you keep your heel flat with the opposite leg sliding behind you.
