Goal: 30 sec hold x 4 reps each leg.
Description: This stretch begins while laying on the floor. Bring one knee to your chest, and then straighten that leg. Keep your back flat against the ground. You should feel a strong stretch in the back of your thigh.
Goal: 1 round, 4 reps each leg x 30 second holds Extra Notes: To lengthen the hamstrings you need longer hold times compared to other muscle groups. It is recommended to get at least two minutes of holds in for each leg.
Description: Start in sitting with legs wide. You will then place 1 hand on each side of 1 leg. You will then lean forward working your core compression while strongly pushing through your triceps to lift your bottom.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps each side
Description: Start on hands and knees with knees between your hands. You will then lean forward putting more weight through your arms before you contract your core to lift your legs to your chest working on your core compression.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps 5 s holds per rep
Description: Start in the horse stance squat (hips and knees at 90 degrees.) Twist 90 degrees to one side, then complete bending the knee to the floor. Goal is to keep the stance narrow to allow the back knee to land at the front heel.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps per leg
Description: Begin in a plank on your hands. Slide your feet up until they are next to your hands as the video shows. Lower your booty into a deep squat. Push to slide your legs back into a plank.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps

Goal: 3 rounds of 6 reps each arm
Description: This move starts sitting on the ground, legs straight, feet pointed. Then, with no momentum, lean forward, and use your core and triceps to lift as powerfully as possible to lift your bottom. Focus on holding your core tight to keep a rounded posture to support your back and your shoulders forward.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps x 5 second holds
Description: This move starts by standing two feet away from the wall. Perform a wall bridge then walk your hands down the wall as far as you can. Eventually the goal is to get your hands all the way to the floor and back up into standing.
Goal: 3 rounds of 3 reps
Description: Start hanging from a bar, or bar equivalent. You will then contract your core to bring your knees to your chest without swinging. Keep shoulders engaged to support yourself at the shoulder joint. Kick one leg out at a time.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps per leg
Description: This move starts by laying on your back. You will then contract your core while lifting your legs and arms just slightly causing your body to become like the bottom of a rocking horse. Keep your arms back by your ears. Add as much weight as you can tolerate while keeping good form.
Goal: 3 Rounds, 2 reps with 15 second holds.
Description: Hold a tall planched plank as the video shows. Keep a hollow back spine and core engaged throughout. Weight shift forward over your hands as far as your wrists will allow.
Goal: 3 rounds x 60 second holds
Description: Begin in a pike position. Rotate your body and shoulders to come into a table top position. Focus on keeping your hips up throughout and do not let your bottom drop.
Goal: 3 rounds 5 reps each direction
Description: Begin with your feet on the FLOOR with your body in a pike position. Perform a push up assuring only your elbows/shoulders are moving but you are keeping the angle at your hips the same.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 push ups
Description: Begin in a tucked up position (knees to chest). Release your arms over your head and straight your knees out while laying down on your back. Then use your core to pull yourself back up into the tucked up position.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps
Description: This move starts with your back against the wall. You will then slide your hips down so that your hips and knees make 90-degree angles. You will then hold your core tight to keep your back flat against the wall and lift the arms to lessen support from them.
Goal: 3 rounds with 30 second holds per rep
Description: Push your lower back into the floor and keep your core engaged like this throughout. Raise your heels up off the ground. Keep your legs at a 90-90 degreee angle as you use your core to perform a reverse crunch. Lower your legs but don’t let your heels touch between reps.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps.
