Description: Follow this video for a full body flexibility warm-up that can be done nearly every day of the week. Only do moves that do not cause pain (stretching discomfort is normal, pain is not!)
Goal: Complete each move with 10 reps (if reps) or 10 second holds (if holds)

Goal: Complete each move with 10 reps

Goal: Complete 20 reps per side with 3 second holds per rep
Description: Begin by sitting on one of your hands. You will lower your head (ear to shoulder) in the opposite direction then tilt your nose down towards the floor.
Goal: 15 sec holds x 4 reps each side.
Description: This move starts in a plank position on top of your feet working to shift your shoulders forward to work your wrist mobility and strength. You will hold the plank position.
Goal: 3 Rounds, 5 reps per leg

Description: Hanging on a pull-up bar or equivalent surface, use your core to lift your legs into a crunch, knees to chest. You will then use your core and shoulders to rotate your knees from one side to another.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps each direction
Description: Begin by practicing this movement on the wall to understand the hand placement. You will externally rotate the hand in the direction you are going TOWARDS.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps each direction
Description: Start in an elbow plank position working to hold your core active causing your back into a “turtle shell” position. You will then work to bring your knees forward towards 1 elbow. You will the slide back out to starting position being sure to not allow your back to arch.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps per side

Description: This move starts in a lunge with the back leg bent with knee directly against a wall. From there you will push your lower back towards wall causing a stretch to your hip flexor and quad.
Goal: 15 second hold x 4 reps each leg
Description: This move starts by leaning forward and allowing your hands to reach the ground with knees bent on the ground. Then slide 1 leg out to the side, straightening your knee as you slide it outwards. Once you reach a comfortable split position with minimal stretching, you will gently pulse your hips up and down to give an additional stretch at the bottom of the pulse and back to resting position at the top of the pulse allowing your body weight to be partially supported by your arms.
Goal: 1 Round, 3 minutes per side with 30 seconds stretch, 15 second rest

Description: Follow this video to work into sweeps and break dancing moves to work your core and shoulder strength as well as hip range of motion.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps per leg.

Description: Start in a piked plank position. You will then lift 1 leg behind you as you hold your core active. You will then complete push-ups as seen here.

Description: Start in sitting with legs wide. You will then place your hands in between your legs. Lean forward working your core compression while strongly pushing through your triceps to lift your bottom. Once your bottom is off the ground, you will then work to lift both legs up and off the ground by crunching your core.
Goal: 10 reps, hold as long as you can
Description: Keeping legs wide, use core to lift hips while legs go outside of arms. Slow controlled descent back to starting position.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps
Description: Start in tall plank position. Kick one leg up onto the wall and walk your hands back towards the wall. Make sure your pelvis stays square. Walk back down into the plank position WITHOUT letting your foot touch the floor. Repeat.
Goal: 3 rounds of 3 reps each leg.
Description: Begin in a pike with one leg suspended in the air. Kick your suspended leg up while hopping off your planted foot while you shift your weight into your hands. Land with the foot that was originally planted.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 kick ups each leg.
Description: Hanging on a pull-up bar or equivalent surface, use your core to lift your legs into an L. You will then use your core and shoulders to touch your toes up to the pole.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps

Description: You will start in a plank position with feet on your 18 inch side of the block, working to engage your core to round your back. You will then lift 1 leg up behind you holding that core engagement as you work the glute to lower the lifted foot to touch the ground before you tap it back onto the block.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps per side

Description: This move starts by leaning forward to attain a frog position using your core to hold you.
Goal: 3 rounds of 30 second holds

Description: Stand at the wall with butt to wall and feet slightly away from the wall. You will then lean forward working to get your hands, then eventually your elbows to the floor.
Goal: 3 Rounds, 2 reps 30 second holds per rep

Description: Start with hands flat on the floor. Walk feet near hands and lean knees against bent elbows. Lean forward to increase weight on hands then lift the legs to balance. Maintain that forward lean with hips stacked over your hands and shoulders and then lift 1 leg up off the elbows and return with control.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps per leg.
Description: Start lying on your back then push up to a bridge position. Shift weight into you hands and come up on your toes. Explode off your feet to hop both feet off the floor.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 hops
Description: Pull your knees to your chest as you lift your hips to bring the hips between your arms. You will lower your hips as far as you can, but only to a level that you can return from to come back to the starting position.
Goal: 3 rounds of 3 reps, on the last rep, stick the landing
