Description: Follow this video for a full body flexibility warm-up that can be done nearly every day of the week. Only do moves that do not cause pain (stretching discomfort is normal, pain is not!)
Goal: Complete each move with 10 reps (if reps) or 10 second holds (if holds)
Description: Begin on your hands and knees. Set your core, thread the need, then rotate your shoulder to open up your chest.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps each arm.

Description: This move starts with arms holding onto pull-up bar. You will allow your legs to bend slightly with some weight through your arms working to hold your shoulders active and hold legs up if able.
Goal: 3 rounds of 20 second holds per round
Description: This move starts by laying on your back. You will then contract your core while lifting your legs and arms just slightly causing your body to become like the bottom of a rocking horse. Keep your arms back by your ears.
Goal: 3 Rounds, 2 reps with 15 second holds.
Description: Begin with your hands on an appropriately high surface to do chair dips off it. Cross one leg over the other into a figure 4. Perform a tricep dip maintaining your elbows as close to your body as you can.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps.

Description: This move starts by placing the front of your foot against the wall with your heel on the ground. Keeping your knee straight, lean forward causing a stretch of the calf. Focus on shifting your hips forward with your knee straight.
Goal: 30 sec holds x 4 reps each leg
Description: Follow the video to perform this move. Focus on your balance and squeezing your glute to lift your leg behind you. You should not be using momentum. TOES POINT TOWARD THE GROUND
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps
Description: Begin in a reverse plank position with your fingers pointing towards your toes. You will then squeeze your core and compress your body into the V-stand. The goal here is the compression moment needed for V-stand so get shoulders in front of hips as far as you can go.
Goal: 3 rounds of 5 reps
Description: Begin by separating your feet further than hip width with your arms out to the side. Squat to 90 degrees or lower and hold for 3 seconds.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps

Description: Push your lower back into the floor and keep your core engaged like this throughout. Raise your heels up off the ground. Keep your legs at a 90 degree angle as you use your core to perform a reverse crunch. Lower your legs but don’t let your heels touch between reps.
Goal: 3 rounds of 10 reps.
Description: This stretch starts by sitting with good posture. Place the bottoms of your feet together and pull them in close to your pelvis. Use your elbows/hands to push your knees down towards the floor.
Goals: 15 second holds x 5 reps.
Description: Begin on your hands and knees. Hollowbody out your lower back and contract your core. Lift one arm and opposite leg as the video shows. Pretend there is a plate resting on your lower back/pelvis. Don’t let the plate slide off your back.
Goal: 2 rounds of 5 lifts each side
Description: Focus to not arch your back and hold your weight stable through your 3 limbs on the ground
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps per side

Description: Hold a hanging hollowbody with your core tight and lower back rounded/tucked x 5 seconds. Then control the transition to hanging superman x 5 seconds.
Goal: 3 rounds of 3 reps.

Description: Begin in the table position while squeezing your glutes to lift your hips up as high as possible. Hold that contraction. Goal: 2 rounds of 5 reps with 10 second holds.
Description: This move starts in a lunge position. Then you contract your abs to lessen the arch of the lower back and lean forward allowing your hips to open. Focus on not allowing your back to arch as you lean forward.
Goal: 15 second hold x 4 reps each leg
Goal: 15 reps each side

Description: You will squeeze your glutes strongly to attempt to lift your feet off the ground.
Goal: 4 rounds of 10 reps

Description: Begin on your hands and knees (quadruped position). Tighten your core to keep your trunk as immobile as possible. Lift one leg out to the side as far as your hip will allow. Picture a glass of water sitting on your lower back. Do not let the water pour out. Then kick your knee out as straight as you can. Slowly return to a quadruped position without letting your core rock.
Goal: 2 rounds of 10 reps per side

Description: This move begins in the pike position. Without moving your feet you will lower into a plank having to shift your body weight forward over your elbows. Use your core to then pull yourself back up into a pike.
Goal: 3 rounds of 8 reps.
